Good afternoon Ms Chan,

This project is unique because it's ONLY freehold project in that area. 453 units in total. The surrounding projects are leasehold. Whether how the project ended up to be freehold or leasehold, it's down to the developer. A developer can purchase a freehold land, but sell it as leasehold. oh well.

Btw if you regards loyang as part of pasir ris as well, there are a couple of freehold properties there as well. Like Ferraria park, the gale etc.

I do have a 3 bedder unit at Ferraria Park, 1356 sqft, freehold asking $1.29m only.

If not probably you can share with me your requirements and budget, I will do my best to find a home that suits you best.

Hi S C,

I have been in and out of the project for various assignments (sales and leases inclusive) and my grandfather used to stay in this project therefore I am pretty familiar with this project.

1 of the thing this project attracts me is not exactly the tenure, but the units arrangement where you do not have closely stacked up units facing one another but seperated out by the pool in the centre of the project, thus each household has great privacy. Each floor loading has maximum 4 units. Ventilation is usually great especially on the higher floor units.

Hi Ms Chan, if you are looking for a property at Pasir Ris area, there are a number of them which are either 999 Leasehold or Freehold. And these condos are located along Jalan Loyang Besar which is pretty near to Pasir Ris MRT and White Sand Shopping Mall. Some of the names would be The Edgewater, Bluwaters, Bluwaters 2, Casa Pasir Ris and etc. Pls feel free to let me know if you need any assistance.
